With something like debt, and with so many young people saddled with it due to overpriced student loans, they feel that they have to work for 90 years to pay it all back, and only then can they enjoy their life!

While it would be ideal for most of us to hop on a plane to escape our problems, going traveling isn’t an option for most of us. And while the time away from any given situation gives us the breathing space, a lot of people have to sit and stay with their immediate issues. 1. Hi Linda,
I too have found myself stress when facing a new situation. I think as humans, we like to be in control of our lives, and being unprepared causes us to have less control of a situation and that makes us more anxious or stressed. By knowing what causes you stress or what your triggers are you can better prepare when a new situation arises. Or in your case, if you practice meditation or breathing exercises you can utilize these tools to help you quickly get your stress under control. Thanks for your comments! Best Regards! 😀
