Even when you keep your sleep habits on a routine it will help keep you focused and sharper in the mornings and the regular sleep also reduces stress. Which means you will have more energy and you will accomplish much more.

If we are prepared we less likely to experience anxiety or stress. Sometimes when a new situation, facts arise, we are getting stressed and anxious, because we don’t know what to do. So I agree with you about the importance of being prepared.

      I too have found myself stress when facing a new situation. I think as humans, we like to be in control of our lives, and being unprepared causes us to have less control of a situation and that makes us more anxious or stressed. By knowing what causes you stress or what your triggers are you can better prepare when a new situation arises.
