Stress can be relieved in many different ways. One way that is beneficial to the mind and body is exercise.
Exercise releases the natural endorphin in your brain which acts as painkillers. This, in turn, helps you to sleep allowing you to reduce stress naturally.
Any type of exercise produces this endorphin reducing stress.
We will explore these exercises that can fit into us busy mom’s schedules helping us relieve the daily stresses of our lives.
