Reading all on its own is a great way to reduce stress but books that contain information on how to reduce stress and anxiety can be very beneficial to the functioning of your mind and body. I find the first book (Stop, Breathe, Believe) to be the best choice for my situation. I am the type of person that can let negative thoughts creep into my mind and stress me out. Sometimes you need to be reminded to stop and breathe. I believe positive thinking always leads to positive results.

  1. I absolutely love this list! I’m really drawn to #6, Less Mess Less Stress. Through the gift of travel I’ve learned what I really need vs what I think I need, and it has left quite the impression on me. Especially experiencing the way other live in other cultures, with just (what we would consider) the “bare minimum” and how happy they truly are, regardless. In short, I suppose I’ve become somewhat of a minimalist and this book looks like something I would really enjoy! Thanks for sharing!
