Reading all on its own is a great way to reduce stress but books that contain information on how to reduce stress and anxiety can be very beneficial to the functioning of your mind and body. Finding the right book depends on what you are looking for and I hope this list contains something to satisfy those needs.
I find the first book (Stop, Breathe, Believe) to be the best choice for my situation. I am the type of person that can let negative thoughts creep into my mind and stress me out. Sometimes you need to be reminded to stop and breathe. I believe positive thinking always leads to positive results.
